Payment

I don’t want to send my credit card details over the Internet — how else can I pay?

There are several ways you can pay for goods from The Growers Shop Online other than online credit card payments. Once you have completed your online shopping you will be asked how you wish to pay for your goods. You will be given a series of options:

Paying with PayPal

Select this option at checkout and follow the PayPal steps. Payment is immediate, and your order will be dispatched in line with your chosen delivery option.

Delivery Policy

Orders Under £50

  • Standard Delivery (Dispatch within 2–3 Working Days) — £6.95

  • Priority Delivery (We aim for Next Working Day) — £8.95

Orders Over £50

  • Standard Delivery (Dispatch within 2–3 Working Days) — FREE

  • Priority Delivery (We aim for Next Working Day) — £8.95

⏰ Cutoff time for Priority Delivery is 2pm. If you select this option after 2pm, your order will be packed as soon as possible with the aim of reaching you on the next working day.

Heavy Goods Surcharge

For heavy or bulky items, there may be a surcharge of £3.50 which will be clearly shown in the checkout under shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Working days for delivery are Monday–Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for priority services and up to Wednesday for standard UK delivery.

  • All quoted delivery times are estimates. As we use third-party couriers, delays outside of our control may occur.

  • Estimated delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays. While we do our very best to fulfill delivery times, The Growers Shop Online cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
